Martini

The Martini is composed of 6 experienced musicians. The key members have known each other for more than twenty years but had not been playing together until recently. Way back in the 80s they separately belonged to renowned folk groups such as D'Spectacles, Tris His and the Mercury. Martini's style coverage is very broad, everything from Joan Boaz to Emmylou Harris to the Dirt Band. Catchy and crowd-pleasing material, accented by vocal harmonies and traditional instrumentation, are signatures of Martini's distinct style. Their fond respect for Country & Western/Folk music is also reflected within their enjoyable arrangements of traditional songs. We are dedicated to performing high quality music. We called ourselves "Martini" cause we hope our members can blend together to make good music.
