開始0係青韻的常客喇。註冊日: 2003-12-23 來自: 發表數: 171	Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow 各民歌友：一個十分有意義的dinner，Peter Paul and Mary 的Peter Yarrow 一直用民歌推廣和平、平等、互愛的訊息，二月尾他來香港與教育工作者會面，我極力推薦你參加，我當天不在香港，只好望門輕嘆。 http://docs.google.com/View?docid=d9d8mrb_24f2txwmgp 《原文》各位親愛的會員/會員學校同寅(敬請傳閱)：國際啟發潛能教育聯盟（香港） Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow 農曆新年將至，本人謹代表IAIE(HK)向大家致意，恭祝各位身體健康、工作順利、事事如意! 相信曾參與IE旅程的朋友對Peter Yarrow (Peter of “Peter, Paul & Mary”)一定不會感到陌生。對於我們，他不但是一位享譽全球的歌手，更是一位全身投入推動和諧文化、爭取平等、互愛，值得我們敬重的人物。數十年來，透過他的歌曲，例如Puff the Magic Dragon, Blowing in the Wind, Don’t Laugh At Me等，宣揚人與人之間的情和對世界的愛；近年更積極推動Operation Respect，從教育的角度把愛的訊息帶到世界各地。 Peter Yarrow與IE十分投緣，除經常出席IE的國際會議外，對IAIE(HK)更是愛護有加，特別記掛香港教育界的朋友。二月底三月初Peter Yarrow將來港參與一項文化活動，他特別預留了時間，希望能為IAIE(HK)和在香港的教育界朋友做點事。去年Peter Yarrow在美國舉行了一個為美國教育工作者致意，名為“Tribute to Teachers”的音樂會，邀請不同人士分享其對老師的感謝，當中不少道出了老師如何令他/她作出了改變，並當場向老師獻上感謝，場面感人。我們相信在IAIE(HK)的會員/會員學校同寅的心中，都會記掛著有一些很值得我們獻上感謝的老師，只是沒有機會讓他/她知道。為此，我們特別籌辦這個名為Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow的聚餐，邀請你與你心存感謝的老師，一同出席。期間，Peter Yarrow除會獻唱外，亦會分享他個人對老師的感謝。我們深切希望你們也會藉著這個機會，向你的老師表示你的心意。有關活動詳情如下：日期：01.03.08(星期六) 時間：7:00-9:00 p.m. 地點：尖沙咀梳士巴利道YMCA - 4樓禮堂(暫定) 費用：每位$230 (Set Dinner) 請有興趣參加Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow的同工(個人出席/與老師一同出席/與朋友或家人一起出席皆可)，填妥以下回條，於二月二十日或以前連同支票寄回本會秘書(九龍塘牛津道2A，啟思小學陳文蘭小姐收)。如有任何查詢，請致電23360266與陳文蘭小姐聯絡。謝謝各位。新的一年，象徵新的開始；但最珍貴的東西，都是永恆的。請把握這機會，讓你的老師，感受這桃李的芬芳。國際啟發潛能教育聯盟（香港）主席蘇陳素明 Clio 二零零八年二月六日國際啟發潛能教育聯盟（香港） Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow 回條請在適當的 □ 加�： □ 本人/本校同寅決定參加Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow聚餐姓名職銜電郵人數應付費用 $ $ $ $ $ $ $ 總數：$ ______________________ 現附上以「IAIE(HK)」抬頭之支票(號碼：________________ )，銀碼 $______________，敬希查收。 □ 本人/本校不擬參加Tribute to Teachers – An Evening with Peter Yarrow聚餐。謝謝。會員/會員學校名稱：___________________________________________ 電話： ___________________ 聯絡人姓名：______________ 職銜：__________ 手提電話：_____________ 日期：____________

You are the teacher of your two kids!! so just tell them you want to know more about the Operation Respect programme, and you will spread it to the community, even back to your kid's school too, call them to check. This afternoon is a great experience with Peter Yarrow in CSBS Secondary School Tuen Mun, because Young Strings did a great play with Peter together which brought a strange combination to the audience. Probrably, Young Strings is the first group in Hong Kong to play with Peter, the gathering was warm and peaceful. After the event, Peter hugged us, signed and took photos with everybody, he is nice and friendly, I salute to him. see you at YMCA Besides , DDCHAN in on the list, it will be very nice to meet him too. ---------------- Qiang 放下包袱；心情舒服不受干預；沒有挑剔拋開怨恨；只有祝福

My girl's school arranged the seat for me as I am teaching her folk song group. I am now a so called "TEACHER". Ha..... I am at Table 4. My girls are disappointed as they cannot participate and see Candy's performance. By the way, may I apologize here to e.e. and Uncle Micheal. I have borrowed their song books and not yet ready to return them. Sorry I will try to finish them before next HP. Thanks. Emma
