Yes, after several co-ordination meetings and efforts from friends, I write to confirm the concerts as below:-

1) "祝Folk傳四川"慈善民歌晚會
Date : 9 June 2008 (Monday, Holiday of Tung Ng Festival)
Time : 7:00pm to 9:30pm
Location : Yuen Fok Church, Ground Floor, Man Fung Mansion, 11 Kwun Fung Street, Yuen Long
Organizer : 神召會元朗福音中心
Tickets : $300, $200, $100

2) "解厄扶困"四川賑災民歌音樂會 (1)
Date : 15 June 2008 (Sunday)
Time : 2:30pm to 5:30pm
Location : Tsuen Wan City Hall
Organizer : 葵涌及青衣區文藝協進會
Tickets : $100 (free seating)

3) "解厄扶困"四川賑災民歌音樂會 (2)
Date : 15 June 2008 (Sunday)
Time : 7:30pm to 10:30pm
Location : Tsuen Wan City Hall
Organizer : 葵涌及青衣區文藝協進會
Tickets : $100 (free seating)

Concerning the ticketing details, I will let you all know early next week. Please note that all income from the concerts will be directly donated to charity organizations via the organizers. Please support!!

At last, I would like to express my heartfelt thank to all people contributed efforts in that. See you all at the concerts, please keep on donating!!!

Yes, Whitehorse, we have already started the organizing work. DD Chan is helping to design the poster, banner and other printing stuff. Koo Yeung Bong (Capital) is helping to liaise with the govt department for getting further discount of the rental charge for the venue. Uncle Michael is helping to get further donation. Sampson is helping to co-ordinate with the venue of the church, etc.....!!!

Hey whitehorse, we also want to get your assistance to make a video or slide showing the sad pictures of the Earthquake which will be as a loop cycle to be shown at the screen. Can you please help to make it?! Thanks in advance.

Dear all,

We have reserved the venue of Tsuen Wan Town Hall on 15 June 2008 that the charity concert would be tentatively held there. Also, I have a meeting with Koo Yeung Pong (Capital), Uncle Michael (MAD), Lanno (MAD), Ivy (Ching Wan), Stephanie (Tri's-Hi's) this afternoon discussing about the details of the shows that the preparation work has been kicked off. I will provide you all details in due course.

Beside, Sampson confirmed to reserve the Yuen Long Yuen Fok's church hall on 9 June 2008 for the concert. Therefore, we will have 2 fund raising concerts in near future for the Sichuan Earthquake. We will have a meeting with Yuen Fok Church at 6:30pm on 22 May 2008 at Yuen Fok Church. Anyone wants to join, please come too.

And, I received a call from William Lam that he is now organizing a fund raising gathering at Cheer O restaurant on 1 June 2008 that anyone wants to help or join, please contact William directly.

It's great to see all the folkers grouping together for helping the victims of the Earthquake.
