免費參加 (必需預先登記，並同時登記索取太古「港樂•星夜•交響曲」門票 suts.hkpo.com)
* 每位參加者可獲贈HOHNER紀念版口琴一個及嘉許狀一張。
* 必須事先登記，並於音樂會當日(2009年11月13日星期五)下午五時三十分至七時三十分到達會場指定登記處。遲到者將不獲參與及不獲發口琴及嘉許狀。
* 參加者如未滿16歲，須徵求家長或監護人同意及簽署。
* 登記時必須出示香港身分證或附有照片的有效證明文件(如護照、學生證、手冊等)。
* 參加者無須具備演奏"World Record – Melody" 之經驗，當日將有現場口琴指導。
* 歡迎自備口琴。
* 不設劃位，建議盡早到場。

5:30PM 開始登記
6:20 - 7:10PM 介紹及綵排 (由香港口琴協會帶領)
7:30PM 登記時間結束 (遲到者將不獲發口琴及嘉許狀)

Free to participate (Pre-registration required, together with registration for tickets to Swire Symphony under the Stars concert suts.hkpo.com)

* Each participant will receive a free HOHNER harmonica (special limited edition) and a commemorative certificate.
* All participants must register ahead of time and arrive at the registration point between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on the event date (13 Nov 2009 Friday). Latecomers will not be allowed to participate, and will not be awarded the harmonica nor the certificate.
* Parent's or Guardian's consent and signatures are required for participants under 16.
* HKID Card or other valid identity documents with photo (e.g. passport, student card, student handbook, etc.) must be presented for registration.
* No experience in playing “World Record – Melody” is required. On-site harmonica instruction will be provided.
* You are welcome to bring your own harmonica.
* Free seating, arriving early is recommended.
