Re: dear sampson this one for U Hi Dear Mel, Sampson & All Friends : 絕對同意兩位大哥的分享，The Load Out/Stay就是Jackson Browne其中一首最有代表性歌曲，這兩年來Michael叔叔給這個168萬多Hit Rate的Youtube Video就看過不知多少次，每次都很是享受....... 這個Youtube Video就應是Jackson Browne在1978年在英國倫敦的Concert Video，和'Running On Empty'內的那次不同，1978年樂隊成員就是: Jackson Browne - lead vocal, piano David Lindley - lap steel guitar, vocal Craig Doerge - keyboards Bob Glaub - bass Jim Gordon - drums Rosemary Butler, Doug Haywood – vocals 認識Jackson Browne的資深樂迷也許記得，Jackson Browne的這張經典大碟'Running On Empty'就應是在1977年年尾12月推出，而唱片內的其中三首歌曲，這個'The Load Out/Stay'錄音，連同大碟主題曲'Running On Empty'就是在1977年8月27日在美國馬利蘭洲Columbia所收錄的...... 原來這張'Running On Empty'也就是少數一個歌手在一個Concert內收錄自己全新的歌曲去做一張新碟，和其他歌手樂隊的Live Album不同呢...... 而1977年Concert錄音時的樂手是有兩位不同，彈Bass的不是Bob Glaub而是Bass高手Leland Sklar，打鼓也不是Jim Gordon而是Drums高手Russ Kunkel.......... 在那1978年，電台都會將這兩首歌曲'The Load Out'(5:38)及'Stay'(3:28)一齊的播出，長度是9分6秒，比起Don McLean長8分33秒的'American Pie'還要長......... 話時話，Jackson Browne就祇有將'Stay'作細碟Singles推出，也最高成為全美No.2，最令人難忘的當然就是聽到Rosemary Bulter及David Lindley的兩段動聽歌聲...... 這首每次Jackson Browne連同'The Load Out'當Medley唱出的'Stay'就不是Jackson Browne的作品，而是Maurice Williams And The Zodiacs在1960年的冠軍成名作呢，祇長1分37秒的'Stay'也是至今美國流行榜冠軍歌曲最短的歌曲錄音紀錄保持歌曲...... Jackson Browne 的'The Road'就應是在'Running On Empty'大碟內，跟著'Running On Empty'後Side A的第2首歌曲...... 這首很有民歌味道的'正'歌'The Road'就不是Jackson Browne的作品，而是Danny O'Keefe所作的...... 原來'The Road'這首歌曲，除了Jackson Browne的Version，著名意大利歌手Rosalino Cellamare在1980年所Cover的意大利文Version，在歐洲就非常的受歡迎，意大利歌名是"Una Citta' Per Cantare"，也成為了Rosalino Cellamare的代表作..... 在那偉大的Youtube，我們可找到別名'Ron'的Rosalino Cellamare連同Jackson Browne在1998年米藺的一個電視節目的合唱，也就是Jackson Browne唱'The Road'，而Ron唱"Una citta' per cantare"........ 以下也找來今年Rosalino Cellamare (Ron)的"Una citta' per cantre"及'The Road'原唱Danny O'Keefe的Live 版本:

也如你所講，Christy Moore就是Irish Folk的表表者，在青韻這裏，就有不少的Irish Folk Lovers...... 有'正'碟，請預我一份呀！ 以下就是Christy Moore在愛爾蘭著名電視節目Late Late Show訪問，唱了一段的'Cliffs Of Donveen'及'John O'Dreams'........
