yes, Earl Kulgh is one of the great guitarist i like most in the early 80's till 90's, he plays a special kind of light jazz with jazz and nylon guitars, sometime his music is kind of folksy like 'chet atkins' too ( PPM might love it ) , and sometime he duet with 'bob james' and 'george benson' (i think george was one of his mentors)........

i got some of his lp (plastic) , if u do have time, u are always welcome to my place to enjoy it.

btw, i think i should update his music and records to cd now.

anyway, i think he is guite good to all guitar listeners.

U know, I want to visit your place for such a long time, just can't get our time matched. And I believe your LPs collection must be like a library, right?

For "chet atkins", I've listened several his CDs from friends. His play is almost perfect. Even I've heard his great name and awards from UK Queen, I don't know why, just can't get myself tuned in his music. Probably my level is not up to certain standards yet.

Guess what? I quite like George Benson style, but not addict to his music yet. The place of IDOL still is empty in my mind. May be u can enlighten me with your collection, right, Mel sir?

Well, let me tell u something. Coming September there will be 2 day-off in Sunday for me. They are 4 Sept and 16 May (may be). Let's fix one later, ok?

右邊就係jasition提到集隻碟的封面﹐Earl Kulgh D碟係香港應該唔難找。































其實我都無MUG聽過他的專輯﹐印像中是80年代初期EMI﹐出左一張Golden Top Hits Vol.4 ﹔我就聽過裡面收錄左一首Jamaica Farewell﹐幾鍾意﹐不過可能當時自己仲喜歡D Rock同Pop野﹐所以無再找其他Earl 的作品來聽。

剛去了青衣城的A&B，不過好可惜，無佢的碟
緣慳一面。
