This is taken by my DC, Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 / ZS3. It just costs around HK$2.3K! Please consider it! Good choice good video recording and daily use!

Tim,

To tell you the truth, I already have 2 Lumix cameras like that and I was not too satisfied. The CCD starts to grow black patches after 1 year on both models. The latest Lumix I even paid $3.2K which has 12M pix.

However your video was acceptionally good. What video format is that? What file extension? Both my Lumix cannot zoom in/out while in video mode and I have been looking for such function.

The video format is MPEG-TS Video File (.MTS) and the camerea support video recording with 720P HD resolution and built-in stereo mic. I think its video quality is better than many video cameras! Agree?

Actually, I also had a Lumix DC before and I was also not quite satisfied with its photo quality and planned to switch to Canon DC. However, the video recording function and the powerful zoon capability of this camera really attracted me!

For good photo quality, I have just got my Nikon D300S..hehe...

Dear all,

Its a great experience to work in a jugde group with Tim and other judges, though we are of different backgrounds, we have the same heart to run through the event. I also enjoy the experience sharing at every session of the heat, the talking and singing brings the participants a happy moment after the competetion.

Though killing of schools is working continously, I do believe that The QualiEd Folk Contest will go on and on, I solemnly wish them ever sucess and I will try my best to assist, bring the Folk atmosphere to primary pupils, let them have a seed grown in their heart.
