開幕節目『綠色生活民歌音樂會』

蒲窩青少年中心從1996年開始籌辦音樂活動及樂隊比賽，至今十五年,為青年人提供一個音樂平台讓他們演出, 找尋自己的夢想。同時蒲窩青少年中心的會址,是由四座紅磚樓組成,是一幢極具歷史價值的建築物; 中心內並設有耕地及蝴蝶園, 能讓遊人親身感受自然生態的同時, 亦欣賞到歷史文化珍貴的一面。

有見及此, 蒲窩青少年中心與南區區議會環保及衛生工作小組合辦『綠色生活民歌音樂會』, 並透過音樂及綠色的活動宣揚綠色生活文化的正面訊息。此活動將於2011年7月9日在本中心舉行, 並邀請了香港著名民歌團體及歌手如香港友Folk、 糖兄妹、Ketchup及環保團體綠領行動綠領行動、香港大學學生會常綠林一起合作; 以民歌音樂宣揚綠色生活, 及以菜頭菜尾烹飪示範和講座推廣減少廚餘等正面訊息。 此外我們希望讓參加者能親嘗接近綠色大自然, 我們將會安排生態導師在本中心後園作自然生態導賞及介紹有機種植。

The Opening Event: Green Life Acoustic Music Concert

In our 15 years of history of organizing band shows and music activities, the Warehouse has provide a platform to help youth reach their dreams. The Warehouse premise, four blocks of red bricks building, is a classified as Grade III historical building. Apart from its historical value, the warehouse offers the natural scene in the concrete jungle, where there is a butterfly ground and organic farmland in our venue.

The Warehouse Teenage Club is working along with the Southern District Council in this summer, presenting the Green Life Acoustic Music Concert, to spread the green living message through music activities. Held in 9th July, performing parties like Hong Kong Folk, Sugar Club, Ketchup are joining the green societies like Greeners Action, Greenwoods from Hong Kong University, Green Women, to bring important green living messages and tips. Tour visits at our backyard organic farmland will be offered to participants as well.
