如果在白天日光充足，看書讀報便無問題。但如果在晚上，就算是燈明火亮，連續閱讀超過20分鐘左右，便要停下來作為調節，如果是望著電腦屏幕，情況更差。
我以前也為此看過眼科醫生，他說我的眼球沒大問題，主因是我長期睡眠不足所致，叫我多休息和睡眠。

這些年來已習慣了。不礙事的。

小魚弟：如果雙目固視一焦點，容易覺得暈眩，很可能是耳內膜受傷引至耳水不平衡所致。試試多做輕量運動，不要太劇烈。找醫生給你意見。

My hearing ability is not affected, I can still play guitar without any trouble. However, I may feel dizzy when my eyes focus at certain point, e.g. reading books and reading sheet-music. The feeling is quite similar to the feeling that you step off from ship (feeling a bit dizzy).

I have done a CT screening and the report doesn't indicate any adverse sympytoms like skull fracture and bleeding in my head. The inner ear (semicircular canal) is possibily injured due to percussion and take a bit time to recover.
